Bought some side tables in grey on website. Pictures looked lovely. I’d hoped for something of Loaf quality. What arrived was the wrong colour (brown) and not the standard I was expecting (full price they were over £300, reduced to £190 so not cheap).

Tried instant chat and form filling to get my product returned - no response. No telephone number to call. Total sham of a company.

NB response after seeing reply. Your telephone number is hidden on your website. It says contact us here: and BLANK SPACE. I had an automatic reply so you definitely got my email. The trustpilot review seems to have done the trick though as you’ve now magically replied even though I didn’t resent ?

I have just ordered rug from Olivias but so far I'm happy with service.
Free delivery and hustle free returns made me choose their website. Price is also the best as I have looked around before purchasing.

I wish olivia mark disclosed that everything comes directly from China! I try very hard to not to buy things made in China. The quality is cheap, and the products are never as good as pictured. You show you address as in the United states. Butbjust saw the shipping email tgat the order was shipping from china. I will not be ordering from olivia mark again. Now I'm cringing at what my order is going to look like.

Terrible I bought two pictures, both of them were completely broken, Olivia’s did refund my money, but more careful attention should be towards packaging

I received my mirror in good time but unfortunately it was faulty.I contacted Olivia’s and they were prompt in responding the arranged collection/return free. I received my 2nd mirror, faulty, again they arranged collection and my 3rd mirror arrived soon after it was Perfect. Although I had this happen the Olivia’s customer service team were excellent,prompt,helpful and very polite. I was offered a partial refund which I didn’t accept as the mirror I kept was in fab and it hadn’t cost me anything in all the returns. The delivery guy was also second to none it became a bit of a laugh each time he came x

Good and timely delivery. I didn’t need to contact Olivia’s for anything. So can’t comment on that. But overall I was very pleased with the item I bought. Their delivery company is also very efficient and helpful. I’m happy and will buy again from them.
